Eric is the Owner and President of CamWest Development LLC, a premier residential development and home building company. Since starting the company in 1987, Eric has lead CamWest's growth into one of the largest homebuilder's in King County and largest private companies in the State of Washington. Eric has been recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal and has received numerous industry awards and recognitions. Among its many clients, Etico provides property management services to CamWest. Eric has lived on the Eastside all of his life and is married with two children.
Kelly Price, Managing Member
Kelly has been the Chief Financial Officer of CamWest Development LLC for the last 11 years working directly with Eric Campbell. Kelly has helped lead CamWest's growth and success as a premier homebuilder in King County. Kelly is also the President of Main Street Property Group, an investor, developer and owner of multi-family properties. Prior to his work with CamWest, Kelly was the CFO of several other successful businesses including leading a $100 million initial public offering (IPO) of a prior company that continues to thrive as a successful public organization. Kelly has lived on the Eastside all of his life and is married with two children.

Kim Faust, Manager and Designated Broker
Kim is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington and has been involved in real estate development and financing of multifamily and commercial properties for the past 10 years. She oversees the strategy and market trends and is directly involved in the management of all of the communities. She has extensive experience with acquisitions and sales, feasibility and financial analysis of properties. Kim has lived on the Eastside all of her life and is married with a child.

Aimee O'Brien, Investment Manager
Aimee oversees the management services and handles marketing, scheduling of maintenance, resident payments, compliance issues and collections. She has over 13 years of property management experience including 10 years of on-site management experience at apartment properties ranging from 8 units to over 200 units.

Jeff Forseth, Controller
Jeff has 25 years of diverse experience in accounting including professional sports and in a multi-national food producer. He has 10 years experience in commercial development for a large national developer. He is responsible for the financial management and reporting of various property types. He is also responsible for the financial management of Etico Property Management Company, LLC. Jeff has spent most of his life in the Minneapolis area and is married with two children.

Jenny Roman, Community Manager
Jenny has over 12 years of on-site management experience and has been involved in successfully preparing and positioning four 100+ unit apartment properties for sale. She managed each of these sales through due diligence, closing and transition to new owners. Jenny is involved in marketing and day to day site level and resident management of our larger apartment communities.

Etico has partnered with the well qualified and customer focused Maintenance Team at CamWest Development to ensure maintenance needs are handled by cost effective, reliable and trustworthy professionals. The Maintenance Team can handle small or large work requests within set budgets and schedules. The Maintenance Team is on call 24 hours a day to handle emergency maintenance issues. When necessary and through their industry relationships, the Maintenance Team can bring in trade specific subcontractors to handle specific maintenance issues. This partnership provides property owners the peace of mind to know that experienced and proven maintenance personnel are taking care of their investment.
